My intention when photographing people is to first make a connection. Then photographically fusing together the elements of light, composition, texture, color and point of view to tell an authentic story about who the person is. I create environmental portraits where personality and real life converge to make every portrait a true original narrative that speaks to the viewer based in terms of humanity.
